Ethical Lapses Driven by Short-Termism

In this video by the CFA Institute, Robert C. Pozen, a member of the Future of Finance Advisory Council and senior lecturer at  Harvard Business School, advises businesses to review the time period for which performance bonus is judged.
 

While most Wall Street firms’ performance measurement period is as short as one year, Pozen says a three-year period is a better choice.
