Enviro Energy appoints Chan Wan Tsun as CFO

Enviro Energy International Holdings Limited has appointed Adrian Alan Chan Wan Tsun as the new chief financial officer of the company, effective November 30, 2009.


Chan, aged 31, has over nine years of experience in corporate finance and provides the company with additional strengths in his area of expertise and in financial markets. He is now Associate Director of UOB Asia (Hong Kong) Limited. As a Responsible Officer for Types 1 (dealing in securities), 4 (advising on securities) and 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong, for UOB, Chan is mainly responsible for the execution of financial advisory, initial public offering (IPO), merger and acquisitions, privatisation and other equity capital market transactions in the Greater China Region and Southeast Asia.


He has also previously worked for the equity capital markets department of DBS Asia Capital Limited, the corporate finance department of Vickers Ballas Capital Limited, and as auditor for a top-tier international accounting firm.


Chan graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, respectively.


As CFO, Chan will further supplement the senior management of the company and add significant knowledge and experience to a key role.


The appointment of Chan follows the resignation of Michael Poon Lai Yin as CFO and qualified accountant of the company on 18 November 2009.
