China Great Land names Diana Seah Yen Goon as CFO

China Great Land Holdings Ltd. has named Diana Seah Yen Goon as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1 January 2014.

 

Seah has more than 30 years of working experience in financial institutions specializing in financing small and medium enterprises. She has held senior positions in Finance, Operations, IT, Credit and Marketing, overseeing operations in South East Asia.

 

Seah was formerly Leader for Channel Sales, Marketing, Operations and Chief Financial Officer , of GE Commercial Financing (S) Ltd, a subsidiary ultimately owned by General Electric Company listed on NYSE, now owned by Standard Chartered Bank.

 

Seah was formerly Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations of Heller Financial (Singapore) Ltd, a subsidiary of Heller Financial, Inc., listed on NYSE.

 

Seah has taught business finance at local tertiary institutions including Singapore Institute of Management and Polytechnics.

 

Seah serves in the HR Sub-Committee of St. Lukes'S Hospital and the Singapore Christian Home.

 

Seah is a CPA (Singapore) who holds an Accountancy degree (1976) from the University of Singapore, now called National University of Singapore and a MBA degree (1996) from the Nanyang Technological University.

 

Seah was awarded the Singapore Association of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators Gold Medal for her MBA degree. She was trained in Six Sigma and was Green Belt certified.
