China Forestry CFO Tenders Resignation

Raymond Tong Wai Kit, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of China Forestry Holdings Co., Ltd., has tendered his resignation.

 

While the company still has to find a new CFO, a new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative has been named. Albert Kong Shing Chi joined the company as a senior finance manager in June 2011, with responsibilities including overseeing the company’s financial reporting procedures, internal controls and compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant laws and regulations.

 

Kong is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Prior to joining the company, Kong has worked as a financial advisor at a U.S. based financial advisory firm from March 2009 to June 2011, as a finance manager at a public company listed in the United States from September 2007 to February 2009, and as a senior auditor at a major international accounting firm from 2003 to 2007.

 

Kong graduated in June 2003 from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies.
