Boutique Banks Taking Shape in China

Boutique banks--small investment banks--are rising in China to ride on the country's booming mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market, reports the China Daily.

 

Serving smaller but high-growth companies, boutique investment banks specialise in giving financial advice on M&A deals, private placements and initial public offerings, says the Daily.

 

China eCapital, China Renaissance Partners and the Hina Group are some of the few boutique banks in China.
