Ben Teo Teck Sing to Leave Koon Holdings

Ben Teo Teck Sing has left Koon Holdings Limited. Effective October 11, Teo is no longer the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

 

Teck joined Koon Holdings Limited in May 17, 2010. He was responsible for overseeing all financial and management accounting; corporate governance; treasury; listing, statutory and regulatory compliance matters within the group. 

 

Prior to joining Koon, Teo served as Financial Controller of Food Junction Holdings Ltd., from October 3, 2007 to October 31, 2009 and also as its Chief Financial Officer from January 2009 to October 31, 2009.

 

Teo served as Company Secretary of Food Junction Holdings Ltd. from 2009 to October 31, 2009. He served as Finance Manager and Company Secretary of EDMI Ltd. from January 2004 to September 2005.

 

He served as Financial Controller of HLS Electronics Pte Ltd. from March 2007 to September 2007; Financial Controller of Van der Horst Energy Limited (Formerly GKE International Limited) from October 2005 to October 2006; Finance Manager of Sports Link Holdings Pte Ltd. from July 2002 to December 2003; Finance Manager of Lapp Logistics Pte Ltd. from December 1998 to May 2002; Audit Supervisor at MH Cheong & Associates from January 1998 to November 1998 and Audit Senior at Cheong Khee San & Co. from April 1993 to December 1997.

 

Teo has over ten years of experience in finance, covering audits, business analyses, tax planning and credit control.

 

Teo is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
