DAC6: Are non-EU Companies Affected?

The new EU directive on cross-border tax arrangements, known as DAC6, has a broader scope than many previous directives and covers a wide spectrum of tax arrangements. Multinationals headquartered outside of the EU should not underestimate the implications of DAC6, as failure to comply could mean sanctions.
