Shum Hoi Luen has been appointed as CFO of Z-Obee Holdings Ltd. in place of Chan Tit Leung Sunny who has resigned. With over 10 years of experience in finance management, Shum will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting matters of the group.
Shum holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Shum is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and the Institue of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Prior to joining Z-Obee, Shum was appointed company secretary, qualified accountant and authorised representative of Quasar Communication Technology Holdings Limited. Before moving to Quasar, Shum worked for an international accounting firm for over seven years and a company listed in the GEM board of the HKSE for more than half a year.
