Venture Corporation Limited has appointed Victoria Ko Miu Ha as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Ko holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the City University Business School, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from London School of Economics and an LLB (Honours) from the University of London.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Ko brings along a wealth of commercial experience in corporate finance and audit.

Prior to joining Venture Corporation Limited, she was CFO of WBL Corporation Limited from August 2009 to June 2011.

Ko also worked for The Straits Trading Company Limited. Ko joined in July 1987 and her last designation was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before leaving in July 2009.
