The Reserve Bank of India finds that supporting economic expansion and managing inlfation has become a key challenge for monetary policy, says The Wall Street Journal.

 

The newspapers says that central bank's report on macroeconomic and monetary developments for the second quarter states that "while premature reversal of the monetary policy stance entails risk of stifling recovery, persistence of accommodative stance could adversely impact inflation expectations."
