An Islamic commercial property loan package that comes with long fixed interest rate terms has been launched by MayBank Singapore, reports the Straits Times.

Aimed at small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME), the fixed- and floating-rate packages can be offered in terms of up to 10 years, notes the Times, adding that the floating rate comes with a 5% cap on effective rates per annum.
