Teo Chee Shi, the Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio East Holdings Ltd., has resigned effective July 12, 2012.

Teo joined the company in November 2011. Prior to joining Scorpio, he was with Gain City Best Electric Pte Ltd as Senior Compliance Manager (contract) from April 2011 to August 2011. He was also the Group Financial Controller of TransEurokars group of companies from November 2007 to February 2011. Before this he was a freelance consultant and internet marketing professional from December 2006 to October 2007, according to a Scorpio East report.

During the interim period, Ron Loi, the Finance Manager of the company, will help to oversee the financial matters of the group.
