Ho Liam Shin Memtech International Ltd.

Ho Liam Shin has left Memtech International Ltd., two years after he was hired to be Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Prior to joining Memtech, Ho was CFO and general manager for the Shanghai operations of Konzen Group from 2007 to 2010.

From 2005 to 2006, Ho was finance manager and group accountant for Lee Kim Tah Holdings Limited.

He was director of internal audit for ACE Limited from 2002 to 204, in charge of risk management and internal audit function for Asia Pacific and Japan region.

In 1999, he joined Amcor Ltd, Australia where he was senior internal auditor until 2001. His duties include internal audit of diversified business operating system relating to the manufacturing process, and review cost accounting.

Ho was also audit senior for KPMG from 1994 to 1998 where his duties include financial audit in areas of property development, construction, financial institutions, and manufacturing.
