Lai Gin Nyap has joined CNMC Goldmine Holdings Ltd. as Finance Director.

Lai will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions, strategic financial matters including merger and acquisitions transactions, and financial policies of the company.

Before joining CNMC, Lai was Director and Capital Markets & Services Licensed Representative at Rightlink Capital Sdn Bhd from 2004 to 2012.

In 2001, he joined NagaCorp. Limited as Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance.

From 2000 to 2003, Lai was Chief Opereating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Petaling Tin Berhad.
