JLJ Holdings Limited has appointed Han Yee Yen, 56, as chief financial officer.

 

The appointment is executive and the main areas of responsibility include finance, accounts and tax.

 

Prior to joining JLJ Holdings, Han was group financial controller of Asian Micro Holdings Limited from September 2009 to October 2010.

 

From October 2008 to August 2009, he was financial controller of China Yongsheng Limited.

 

Han was also CFO of BBS Holdings Pte Ltd from May 2007 to August 2008.
