2012, May 23 India's central bank is expected to raise interest rates again this week to ward off inflation, reports an Agence France-Presse article published by the South China Morning Post.
"India is facing its worst inflation problem in a decade," Nikhilesh Bhattacharyya, an economist at Moody's Economy.com, told the AFP.
India has increased rates three times this year but inflation remains high - driven by growing incomes, low farm output and a rebounding economy.
