United Breweries Limited, India's largest producer of beer, has appointed Guido de Boer as its chief financial officer.

 

Guido de Boer was nominated by Heineken N.V. which signed a new shareholders' agreement with UBL last month. The agreement includes the key terms of brewing and distribution of Heineken brand in India, the transfer of the Danish brewer’s businesses in the country to UBL, and the appointment of three Heineken staff to the UBL Board, including the executive position of CFO.
