Ong Chye Hong has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Singapore-based Federal International (2000) Ltd., which is diversifying into marine logistics and Build-Operate-Own and Build-Operate-Transfer projects for the power utilities and environmental management sectors.

 

Prior to joining Federal International, Ong was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Asia Water Technology Ltd., overseeing the Group’s financial, accounting, treasury, tax and corporate secretarial matters.

 

She has 20 years of working experience, having assumed the role of financial controllership in various listed companies.
