Synutra International, Inc., an infant formula company in China and a producer, marketer and seller of nutritional products for infants, children and adults, has announced the resignation of Donghao Yang from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

 

Weiguo Zhang, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer since 2005, will serve as interim CFO as the company conducts its search for potential CFO candidates.
