Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has developed a business simuluation game which is “designed to accelerate the implementation of corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives via stakeholder engagement and development of leadership capabilities,” reveals Big4.com.

Big4.com says the game enables companies to play with a realistic business model and its immediate external environment to assess the impact of their sustainability efforts. "Players go through several business cycles, experiencing critical moments and interdependencies; and have to deal with the consequences of their decisions. Decisions occur simultaneously and interactively, mirroring the real world; and players need to reconcile dilemmas and respond to short-term priorities while ensuring positive impact on long-term sustainability," notes Big4.com.
