The organizations have to have strong policies to be able to control the expenses related to travel. They could have a tie up with the travel agencies to get benefits like discounts and other special offers while traveling within the country or far away places like victoria, London, Tokyo etc.

Almost all organizations want to save money in this segment, due to the demands of the job employees have to travel abroad frequently but with a little planning organizations could save a lot of travel expenses. Business tours are so full of activities that one hardly gets to enjoy the city.
